We offer a risk-free mediation period. If within the first hour of
your mediation, you and the other party reach impasse (e.g., your
demands and offers are too far apart to reach agreement) and the
mediation is concluded, you will not be billed for that period and any
monies paid upfront to New York Mediate LLC will be returned.
Please be aware that New York Mediate LLC does not guarantee
that mediation will result in settlement or resolution of a dispute.
Also, New York Mediate LLC mediators are neutrals and do not
represent any party to the mediation. The mediators are forbidden
from providing legal advice during the mediation. No attorney-client
relationship will be formed between you and the mediator. For your
protection, having a lawyer present with you during the mediation
is highly recommended, but not required.
